Click to Dial Integration with TeleVoIPs V2

Step one: Get the TeleVoIPs Integration Chrome Extension


  • You can download the extension HERE
  • Once installed and added to Chrome, access it and login using your TeleVoIPs credentials.

Step Two: Connect to CRM


Once logged in, you will see a drop down in the top right: 'Select App' - use this to find your Integration, this should have been provided to you by our TeleVoIPs team. If you are not sure which to select, ask us!



Step Three: Configure App

  • In the Chrome extension, to the bottom right side you will find a 'Settings' button, select it. 
  • From here, you can enable/disable Screen pop-ups and Click-to-Dial, as well as Call Logging with your CRM. Simply check the box and your extensions calls will begin logging calls where ever possible.
