Install Progressive Web App (PWA) for TeleVoIPs Web Phone

Requirements

Access to the Manager Portal
Basic User or higher user scope
Supported OS'

***While the PWA applet supports incoming call push notifications, due to a limitation of the Apple OSx software, Google Chrome is required to be running for the alerts to operate as expected for Mac devices.

The TeleVoIPs Web Phone - PWA (Progressive Web Application) allows users to install a standalone webphone to be used without requiring to open the manager portal to open the webphone.

Log in to the Manager Portal
From the top menu, select Apps > Webphone
Select the download icon in the address bar
Click Install
The TeleVoIPs Web Phone - PWA will now launch and can be used as normal.
The app will then appear as a desktop and start menu icon which can be opened without needing to access the browser
